A/Prof Michael Elliott

A/Prof Michael Elliott

A/Prof Michael Elliott studied Medicine at the University of Adelaide and was awarded Bachelors of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) in 1996. He completed his internship in Whangarei Hospital in New Zealand before returning to Australia to commence surgical training. In 2000, A/Prof Michael Elliott moved to Sydney to finish his Basic Surgical Training. In 2003, A/Prof Michael Elliott completed a Masters of Philosophy in the Field of Medical Science (University of Queensland) that was awarded in 2005.

Returning to Sydney, A/Prof Michael Elliott commenced Advanced Training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery which he completed in early 2008. Following this A/Prof Michael Elliott travelled to London, where he commenced an intensive 12-month Head and Neck Fellowship at Guys Hospital (3rd largest Head and Neck Unit in the United Kingdom). After completing his fellowship, A/Prof Michael Elliott was appointed as a Visiting Medical Officer at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Sydney where he works as part of the Sydney Head and Neck Cancer Institute now located at Lifehouse – The Chris O’Brien Cancer Centre). A/Prof Michael Elliott has previously appeared on the Channel 9 RPA TV Show.

A/Prof Michael Elliott has been appointed a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of Sydney and is involved in clinical and translational research activities between a number of academic institutions in Sydney and the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse cancer centre. He also is involved in supervising and training Fellows, Advanced ENT registrars, junior medical staff and medical students.

  • Nose: Nasal obstruction, Allergic rhinitis, Sinusitis (acute and chronic), Epistaxis, Nasal/Paranasal Tumours, Nasal Polyps and Fractured Nose
  • Throat: Voice and Swallowing Disorders, Tonsillitis, Laryngopharyngeal Reflux, Benign and Malignant Tumours
  • Head and Neck: Benign and Malignant diseases of the Head and Neck, Thyroid and Salivary Gland and Lymph Nodes
  • Other: Snoring and Sleep Apnoea, Eagle Syndrome (elongated styloid process) and Stylojugular Syndrome (internal jugular vein compression)

Dr Priscilla Parmar
Rhinology and General ENT

Dr Priscilla Parmar

Dr Priscilla Parmar is an Australian trained adult and paediatric Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon, with a sub-specialty interest in paediatric ENT and nasal airway surgery, including endoscopic sinus/skull base surgery and functional rhinoplasties.

Priscilla completed her undergraduate training at the University of Newcastle in 2007 and subsequently obtained a Masters in Surgery (OHNS) from the University of Sydney in 2011. After completing her specialist ENT training in 2020, she pursued subspecialty training in Rhinology, Anterior Skull Base Surgery and Rhinoplasty under the guidance of the esteemed Professor Hesham Saleh, Miss Catherine Rennie, and Mr Mark Ferguson, at Charing Cross Hospital, London in 2023.

Being a mother herself, she has always been passionate about treating children with general ENT disorders and understands the challenges that comes with doing so. Dr Parmar is known for her exceptional patient care and her commitment to providing individualised treatment plans tailored to each patients’ unique needs.

Dr Parmar is a member of several professional organisations, including the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and the Australian Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. She also regularly attends conferences, and has delivered multiple presentations nationally and internationally, showing her commitment to staying up to date with the latest advancements in her field.

General ENT for both children and adults including: Recurrent tonsillitis, Snoring and Sleep apnoea, Glue ear or Recurrent ear infections, Bleeding nose, Nasal airway disorders (including allergic rhinitis, deviated septum surgery, sinus disorders and functional rhinoplast.

Dr June Huang
Otology and General ENT

Dr June Huang

Dr June Huang is an Australian-trained Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist Surgeon, who manages both Paediatric (Children) and Adult conditions, with additional sub- specialty expertise in Ear Disorders. She consults and operates across multiple areas in Sydney, and is appointed as a Visiting Medical Officer at both St George Hospital, a major teaching and trauma centre, and Sutherland Hospital.

Dr Huang obtained her Medical Degree at the University of Manchester, England, and completed her internship and residency in the United Kingdom before relocating to Sydney. After gaining experience in various surgical fields, she chose to pursue ENT and has trained at multiple major teaching hospitals within Sydney, rotating through regional centres such as Newcastle and Wollongong, and a period in Canberra. She then undertook further subspecialty fellowship training in Otology (Ear Surgery) at St Vincent’s Hospital.

Dr. Huang is highly skilled and compassionate, dedicated to improving the quality of life for her patients. Her gentle approach and calm demeanour make her especially beloved by children and their families, ensuring even the youngest patients feel at ease during visits. Her goal is to provide personalised treatment that addresses each individual’s unique needs, from the tiniest toddlers to adults seeking expert care.
Her expertise includes general ear, nose and throat (ENT) conditions of both Children and Adults.
  • General Paediatric and Adult ENT conditions including Grommets, Snoring, Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, Recurrent ENT infections, General Nasal issues (Sinus problems, Blocked nose, Allergic Rhinitis/Hayfever and Nosebleeds
  • Head and Neck conditions including Silent Reflux and Voice changes
  • Special interest in Ear conditions including Eardrum repair, Exostoses, Cholesteatoma, Hearing and Balance issues, including Cochlear Implants.

Dr. Huang stays at the forefront of ENT advancements through continuous education and research. She is also deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of medical professionals, collaborating with universities and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons to train young doctors and surgeons. Her enthusiasm for sharing knowledge ensures that her practice remains at the forefront of medical innovation while contributing to the growth of future ENT specialists.

Beyond her practice, Dr. Huang enjoys spending time with her own family, travelling, and exploring new ways to promote healthy living for her patients. She has strong ties to her community and is constantly looking for ways to give back.
